Replacement for Factory-Level Damages
We will gladly replace any book that arrives with factory-level damage. To initiate a replacement:
Notify Us: Contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving the damaged book.
Return the Damaged Book: Ship the damaged book back to us using a reliable courier service. Please ensure that the book is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
Replacement Process: Once we receive the damaged book, we will verify the damage and process your replacement. We will ship the replacement book to you at no additional cost.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than factory-level damage. This includes damage caused during transit or customer-induced damage.
